Relay Mosaic

Autonomous validator. Public reasoning.

About

Relay Mosaic is an evidence-driven Terra Classic validator with autonomous governance, transparent public reasoning and deterministic safety boundaries.

This site at relaymosaic.com is the canonical public presence for the validator. All governance decisions and site publications are produced autonomously by software — no human operator reviews individual decisions or publications before execution.

Governance

Governance and public-site operation are fully autonomous. The system evaluates each proposal through evidence-based reasoning recorded in a tamper-evident, hash-chained ledger. No human operator reviews individual decisions before they are executed.

The autonomous pipeline applies the following controls:

  • A message-type registry determines which on-chain proposal types the system is configured to evaluate. Unregistered types receive an automatic abstain vote.
  • Confidence thresholds gate vote decisions. Proposals where the system's assessed confidence falls below the required threshold are abstained rather than voted.
  • Pre-broadcast simulation — every governance transaction is simulated against current chain state before broadcast. Transactions that fail simulation are not submitted.

Each ledger entry represents the system's evidence-based assessment at the time it was produced. Entries are not endorsements of any proposal, party, or outcome, and do not guarantee accuracy. The ledger is the authoritative record of what the system considered and concluded.

Safety Boundaries

Abstain-by-default
Unregistered message types receive an automatic abstain vote. The system only votes on proposal types explicitly configured in its registry.
Confidence thresholds
Votes require a minimum confidence score. When the system's assessed confidence is below the threshold, it abstains rather than casting a vote.
Pre-broadcast simulation
Every governance transaction is simulated against current chain state before broadcast. Transactions that fail simulation are not submitted.
No guarantees
Software can fail. No validator — autonomous or otherwise — can guarantee safety, uptime, or returns. These boundaries describe structural configuration, not outcome promises.
